The complete crossing of Lake Annecy

A Sporting Adventure

Swimeo took on the challenge of crossing Lake Annecy with ultra-athlete Lionel Jourdan. Alongside him, 8 swimmers took up the challenge in Swimeo colors.
The crossing, approximately 15.5km in length, took place in 4 stages:
  • From Doussard to Duingt over a distance of 5km,
  • From Duingt to Saint-Jorioz over a distance of 3km,
  • From Saint-Jorioz to Sévrier over a distance of 3 km,
  • From Sévrier to Annecy over a distance of approximately 4.5km.
The start of this swimming adventure took place on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 6:30 AM in Doussard.
